Would not recommend her services. I decided to use Chela's services due to her prompt response which was critical in the short time. However after doing a walk through of the property that I had requested her to clean, I paid her the quote and sent her home. We had discuss over the phone that the property needed to be deep cleaned because it was going to be sold to a new owner the next day, and I wanted it to be presentable for the turn over. While speaking with her for the first time over the phone, she explained what she would be performing, followed by what I had requested, such as cleaning inside cabinets, drawers and vacuum. I had informed her that the carpets had been cleaned not long ago and just needed to be vacuumed. Even informed her that I left a vacuum in the garage if needed. By the way, the house was empty with no furniture of obstruction. After arriving at the property which she was requested to clean, I was overwhelmed by the smell of chemicals. The carpets were obviously not vacuumed, the drawers were not touched, the floors did not appear to have been swept before she "mopped the floor". Her quality of work was a disappointment, as well as a waste of my time and money. I had the intentions of tipping her after the walk through but decided that her presents would only further cause frustration. Lastly, she parked in the middle of the driveway, preventing any other vehicles to gain access. Thank you for the terrible job and happy holiday.

We are extremely happy we chose Graciela! She is just starting out her business and we strongly recommend helping her get started because her work ethic has no comparison! She did need to use our cleaning supplies but we understood that since this is the beginning of her business and we were happy to provide her with that. We asked her to clean 2/3 of our rooms and all the bathrooms and main rooms. We wanted her to focus on cleaning our flat surfaces and appliances. She took just over 2 hours and took no breaks. I strongly recommend choosing a self employed cleaning service and we will be using her Graciela soon!

Hired last year for a help with a move out cleaning. Needless to say that I was disappointed with her attention to detail. I’m 4 hours it took her to clean just one fridge. Unfortunately she did not do a good job as I had to clean it myself. I would never hire her again and ni would recommend that you hire a professional that has attention to detail.

I like to talk, text, or meet in person than see the house if possible or even pictures than set up prices and date/times.
