- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in being honest.. that means we are fairly priced, have no hidden fees and communicate truthfully. We offer great discounts for both first time and recurring customers, as well as free cleanings for our VIP customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Just like purchasing any product you should know what you are getting in advance. First we schedule a walk-through and go over our paperwork pricing, and payment options. During the walk-through, we identify and address your needs and any concerns you have. Then we write your estimate. Lastly, if everything is good to go we schedule a cleaning date, and do what we do best. Three simple steps is all we require because we know your time is valuable.
