- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices depend on the event, hours needed, and travel requirement. We are very fairly priced and offer a very professional and fun experience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for working with a new customer is to first go over our pricing, and then to learn what they need from me to make their event as memorable as possible. We then like to review the services that I provide, which include sound, lighting, and custom playlists. We will then discuss the specifics of the event, and we will provide insight, if needed, on prior experiences with such events. We at Go Sounds and Lighting like to communicate with customer through this site, email, or over the phone. For events like weddings, we like to meet with the bride and groom in person to learn more about them and to ensure the best experience for their special day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
DJs are professionally trained through in beat-mixing, Master of Ceremony services, and event lighting. Owner, Matthew Glasgow, offers over 8 years of professional DJ services.
