- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge the same low hourly rate 24 hours a day , 7 days a week. 365 days a year. All estimates and consultations are free. We don't charge any service fees or travel fees just for showing up.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first meet with the perspective customer and discuss their electrical needs. I give them a little background on our company, services, and our operation standards. We then prepare a detailed estimate of work to be performed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I complete at least 20 hours of continuing education hours each year and maintain multiple Master Electrical licenses in 3 states.
