- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am paid on commission when a a client closes on a property. Commission is negotiable and determined before we start working together.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up an initial meeting or phone call and then determine path moving forward whether buying, selling or both.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I became a Realtor in 2008 and in 2015 earned my brokers license. I work full-time in real estate and have earned several professional designations including ABR, GRI, CRS, MRP, SRS and e-Pro. I will be happy to explain what all those mean in person :) I enjoy taking continuing education courses to expand my knowledge base and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
