I had Upstaged by K&M stage a home i was putting on the market for sale , they truly did an amazing job ! The home went under agreement the first open house!!!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for staging services, so many compliments on the furniture, accessories, and artwork. They are professional, and very detailed in the services that they provide. I will definitely use them on future projects and refer them without hesitation!

Kathy and Marylee were fantastic. They came by, looked at my condo, gave me a quote and I decided to work with them. I knew the benefits staging had in selling a property.
The furniture they selected was fantastic. I would have bought it myself it was so great. They made sure to match my selected paint colors and made my space look homey instead of cold and barren.
What a pleasure it was to hear our condo sold 24 hours later! We accepted an offer for $30k over asking price! I knew staging would help me sell the condo, but I never expected that.
We had been trying to sell the condo "as is" for a couple of weeks with no bites. After that, I put on a fresh coat of paint and hired Upstaged by K&M and I am so happy I did. I would definitely use them again in the future.
