- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Integrity Flooring offers free estimates that includes on site measuring. There are some standard square foot pricing on several installation items. However there are so many variables that can drive the pricing up or down. Some contractors charge for items that others may include in their standard pricing. This is why I stress to customers that when comparing quotes please consider the entire scope of products and services. Ensure that they are equivalent and then consider the total costs. When we measure a space for quoting we are extremely confident in our ability to measure it properly as to ensure the amount of material purchased is accurate. This ensures that the customer is only purchasing the quantity needed and keeping the overall costs down.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer we take all the time necessary to help educate them in the installation process and to assist in the appropriate product application. If I can help the customer pick an appropriate product within their budget and have them understand the entire installation process so that we can minimize any surprises we are well on our way to a happy customer and creating a working relationship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 25 years of installation, management and sales experience. We are fully insured and hold an OSHA 10 Certification.
