- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is hard to do sight unseen. My guarantee is that you will never be given a quote or charged more than what you see in the pricing categories. I provide free estimates/walk through and some jobs will come in cheaper than what I have listed as pricing on Thumbtack. I give a military and student discount in addition to the free on-site estimate. I also give recurring services a lower price because I consider that to be a trust in my services. I am always fair, prompt, and honest. When I quote a price I will always explain the pricing if you need a better rundown of what is involved in the cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk directly with the customer to confirm address and timing for the job. In some cases I like to see what cleaning is needed before giving a firm estimate as there are many things that can change an estimate "sight unseen", and this estimate can change to a lower amount. All of my estimates are free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The training I have for this job is the best training you can get, more than 40 years of cleaning on my own and at the same time really enjoying cleaning and meeting new people in the process. I am a people person and through these jobs I love to meet the people and your pets too!
