They are very professional and knowledgeable about the products they sell. I was having an emergency and I needed someone quick. I got a hold of Jamie who is one of the owners and we spoke for about 15 minutes or less and from our conversation he knew exactly how to fix the problem. He was even able to put me on the list for that day and I am so pleased by their work that I'm writing this review- and I rarely ever write reviews so you know they're good if I'm on here. They are professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and they take the time to explain things to you rather than ignore that part of the job. I would rate them a 10 star if I could because five doesn't quite do it. I highly recommend them.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
24 years of electrical experience. Generac factory trained installer and service provider.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We recently installed a new stand by generator system with a remote monitoring system. One week after we completed the project the homeowner lost power and it worked seamlessly. They were very impressed with our process and how quickly we were able to complete the install.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you review all aspects of the project. Ask multiple questions and make sure it is a turn key job so that there are no stones left unturned and added costs that were not expected.
