- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, we offer flat-rate service based on number of bedrooms and bathrooms. We also offer additional services including oven cleaning, refrigerator cleaning, deep cleaning, and more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our automated system keeps the customer informed of their upcoming booking via email with several reminder emails before their scheduled cleaning. On the day of their booking, our cleaning team will perform a walkthrough to make sure the booking is accurate and to ask any questions that they may have. This is also a great time for our first timer customers to provide any special instructions to the team. After this, the maids will clean the home and make it shine!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have an in-depth training program that all new cleaners go through, regardless of past cleaning experience.
