Krav Maga Kirkland
About this pro
I've been apart of the Kirkland Krav Maga community for a little under a year now and have never felt more strong, confident and in control! The people I train with are fun and help me push myself so I can perfect my technique. Joining Krav was the best decision I've ever made for myself, thanks team!Mar 16, 2016
I started Krav a few weeks ago intending just to get my feet wet in self defense, but I'm getting way more than that! It feels great to get in a couple more hard workouts during the week, and I'm getting to know some fantastic people! Kirkland Krav Maga has a supportive atmosphere and it's a great outlet in the midst of a crazy work schedule. Thanks Kirkland Krav! So excited to have both Kirkland and Woodinville locations for even more options!Mar 5, 2016
Krav Maga Kirkland is amazing! Not only have my self defense skills improved greatly, but my cardio and strength have improved tremendously as well in just a few months. The classes have also made me mentally tougher and I am able to keep going when my body feels like giving up. Being a law enforcement officer, this is invaluable! I would recommend Krav Maga Kirkland to anyone looking to improve their self defense skills or to those looking for an awesome workout.Mar 2, 2016
I started attending this location in April of 2015. While I enjoy working out, I usually do so on my own as I'm super uncoordinated and don't really know what I'm doing - when I've been parts of gyms in the past, I've more stumbled around and hurt myself than actually gotten anything important done. What I like about this place is that there are people who will tell you what to do and will help you improve. The staff is super friendly and accommodating and make you feel like you belong from the very beginning - and are willing to push you to succeed, even if you don't believe that that's necessary. I would totally recommend this place to anybody - everybody is made to feel welcome. PROS: Super friendly, super helpful, make you feel at home, you can make new friends, they are next door to a brewery CONS: They do not have green hand wraps, there are not showers if you want to exercise before work.Mar 1, 2016
