Introduction: Lanika Home Inspection Services was started a little differently than most inspection services. Most people come from a construction background, or an architecture background. While strong backgrounds, they tend to forget about the human side of the inspections. We started after being involved in a lot of Real Estate Transactions that involved Home Inspections. Our lead inspector discovered that he loved crawling through basements, walking on roofs and crab-walking through the attic. He also realized that most inspectors thought more about the systems and less about what it means to the potential homeowner and understands how to communicate with a homebuyer on a more personal level. We enjoy learning the secrets that a house is hiding to an untrained eye.
