Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Our history and experience in the field of construction, remodels, and renovation give us a step above our competitors. We have seen it all and saved new home buyers from making a regrettable decision! Washington Inspector License number 1731. Internachi Master Inspector Number NACHI 16092830 Structural Pest Inspector License Number 92625 Why Choose Us? At Northwest Structural Inspection Services LLC, we pride ourselves on being as good as we can possibly be. All home inspectors in Washington State already have a higher standard than in many other states, but we make sure we exceed those standards. This involves the highest training possible, as well as continued education at every available opportunity. This also involves being willing to go beyond the requirements set out by the State in order to make sure we find everything we can to make sure that you, our client, is protected. For example, although insurance is optional [and expensive] we make sure to have that as well for your protection. Fortunately - like many quality home inspectors - we haven't had to use it yet, and hopefully we never will. Other reasons to choose us: -We have a 48 hour scheduling guarantee which means if for whatever reason we can't make it to do your inspection within 2 days, we'll give you $50 off. -We give a free Home Maintenance book to all our clients to help educate them on how to take care of their new home. -We offer discounts to first time buyers, first responders, senior citizens, military and teachers. Providing customers with the information to make a decision for themselves and know exactly the situation they are getting into before buying into a potential money pit!

Ed was great, very thorough and took his time and went over every inch of the house. He was very good at explaining things that I didn’t quite understand so I could speak confidently with the seller and contractors. Will definitely use him the next time I need a home inspection. I would recommend him to anyone considering the purchase of a house.

Jake and Ed are God sends in this crazy real estate market. With sometimes only a few hours to a day's notice, they make themselves available for my clients' pre-inspections, allowing us to make strong, competitive offers. Ed's work is always high quality, I know I can trust his reports and feedback, and my clients and I really appreciate their professionalism. - Traci Fischer, Broker Marketplace Sotheby's Int'l Realty

I had to hire a second inspector to verify there was actually heat in my property after their report said it was completely absent. Everyone has a bad day and no report catches everything. But that was a big and expensive (for me) miss.
Northwest Structural Inspection Services's reply
If you would have called I would have come back for free. There was no evidence of heat at the time of the inspection and no visual clues to know there was radiant heat in an area that was not visible. I'm very sorry you felt obligated to hire another inspector.
