We recently stayed at a villa in Liberty Village. The villa was lovely and clean, spacious and had everything we needed. It really felt like a "home away from home". We loved using the pool and outdoor area. The villa is in an excellent location, situated in a relaxed and peaceful area, and is no more than a 25 minute drive from all Disney attractions and Universal Studios. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops just a 10 minute drive away. Gary and Kim ensured we had everything we needed both on arrival and during our stay and we could not fault either the service they provided which was both professional and friendly or the villa itself. A lovely place to stay in an ideal location!

Fantastic service, they always go above and beyond to deliver an excellent standard, nothing is too much trouble. I leave the care of my precious place in the sun to FSS, safe in the knowledge that each time I visit, I know my home and investment has been well cared for. Guests who visit our home have nothing but praise for the cleanliness of our villa and the excellent customer service that Kim and Gary provide. Thank you 😀

Gary and Kim are two of the most professional people I know. Not only are they welcoming, friendly and accommodating they take so much pride in their business to make sure the properties they manage are spotless and all your requirements are met. It really is a breath of fresh air to have the peace of mind, knowing that you will receive a 5 star service (would rate it a 10 star if there was such a thing!!!) but also a friendly one and their knowledge of the attractions, where to eat etc is second to none. You'd be crazy to go anywhere else! Thank you to a very lovely couple!

Florida Southern Services have been my property management company for almost 5 years. In all that time I've never had an issue with their services. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The importance is to understand the unique needs of our customers and what their ultimate goal is. We guide all of our customers in an open and honest way through the process of how the management of their investment home will be undertaken by us.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We property managed a block of rental apartments in the UK for over 9 years. We worked diligently for the owner and the tenants. We established an excellent working relationship with the various professional contractors that carried out work for the owner.
