- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We have 3 different program levels for private homes. Basic, Premium, and Prestige Service. Long term rental units carry a 10% (of the monthly rental) monthly management fee. Short Term rental monthly management fees vary depending on size of property. The range is $100 to $300 monthly plus departure cleanings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Once we have a new client, we make a visit to their property to meet with them if they are in the area and get to know exactly what they are looking for for property care and maintenance. We then set up their information and billing account, obtain a limited power of attorney if necessary (for HOA representation and utility management), and then communicate with current lawn / pool / pest control vendors (if applicable) to confirm days of service and type provided. After the initial set up, we start monitoring and inspecting the property as outlined in the client agreement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We have over 15 years of Hospitality Management experience, coupled with 4 years of Property Management experience. What this means is that we know how to treat our clients and guests with respect and dignity, and we also know what it takes to maintain homes in tip top condition.
