- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I explain to my client exactly what it is that we'll be doing and how we will dispute their items from their credit history. I like to keep my client informed in every step that we take, from the start until the end.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in customer service for 3 years. I started working in Jackson Hewitt as an office manager and now I am working with Premier Financial Solutions in the department of credit restoration.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working at a real estate office as an assistant. Then, I had the opportunity to study and work at Jackson Hewitt. Once tax season was over I had the great opportunity to work at Premier Financial Solutions.
