I was staying in an Airbnb and during our stay we had damaged a table so I was searching for someone who can haul it away because I had ordered a replacement. It just so happen that right before George arrived to pick up the damaged table the replacement was delivered and I had text him while he was in route to asked him if he would be able to assemble it for me and surly he said yes. Meanwhile he was on his way I had posted a project here on thumbtack looking for a mover because we were preparing to check out of the Airbnb as well that same day and he just so happen to see it and asked me if I would like for him to assist with the move also, he instantly removed the weight off my shoulders. Not only did he arrive within a hour from initially contacting him, but he brought along a trailer also. He and his coworker arrived and instantly got to the assignment, they quickly loaded all our totes and bins very neatly, they removed the damaged table and assembled the replacement so quick I didn’t even see it getting done, they also removed some other items that needed to be thrown away and left my backyard looking so clean and neat out of courtesy. When they arrived to the drop off location they didn’t just unload everything and pull off. They put each box in the area in which the items would be stored making it so much easier for us to arrange our items in its designated location. They went above and beyond for a very low price. I thank you guys and will definitely use your service again. I highly recommend everyone to save the time and headache of searching around for these types of services because THEY DO IT ALL.

Great service. The 3 young men who showed up to remove and dispose of my old loveseat were very professional. I had hired another company not on thumbtack yesterday that never bothered to show up or call. When I posted what I needed done I received a very quick response. I would rate this company 5 plus stars and will recommend them to anyone with out the slightest hesitation.

George was wonderful. He gave me a great rate, answered the emails quickly, kept in touch with me until I had a date and was on time the day he came to remove the large sectional which consisted of a chase, a fold away bed, a single unit and a recliner. He removed it quickly and carefully. Very, very good job. I would hire him again and would recommend him to everyone. Can't say enough good things about him.

George was wonderful. I uploaded pictures of the junk in the garage. He looked at the pictures of the work and gave me the job cost enabling me to make an informed decision about hiring him. Time was an issue and I needed to know that the job would be done the day he came out. He came with his assistant and cleared out the junk from the garage for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend A Friend With A Truck LLC anytime you need junk hauled away.

Everything was fine, I was negligent in looking in the furniture before it was removed from our home, our two cats were inside and we did not know it nor think about looking, I finally got ahold of George and he was understanding and said that he did not see any cat, so I don't know if they jumped out before or after he left somewhere along the way to his destination and I didn't realize they were missing until the next day. I finally was able to talk with George and he gave me the name of the place where he left the furniture. I immediately went there, but didn't see them (the two cats) the furniture was still there near the dumpster but I saw no evidence they were around. But for this one thing, and it was my negligence, I was happy with their service and will use them again. I'm just very very sad for what I lost. Sharon M. Gray
