I asked for a quote to replace and AC unit. He wanted to take a look at it. He showed me that the last person rewired the outside unit incorrectly which caused some parts to burn out. He wanted a chance to replace the parts and see if the unit would work (at not charge if the unit did not work). I said knock yourself out. He replaced the parts and my unit works. His price was low considering the amount of time he was at my house working on the unit. You ask what did you like about working with Timothy Shafer? My answer is everything. First honest person I have met in Florida since moving here in 1988.

Tim arrived on time, gave us an estimate and got the job done the same day! We're getting ready to sell our house and needed duct work finished quickly. The price was very reasonable and he left everything clean. I highly recommend him.

Tim and his team did a fantastic job! They replaced all of my ductwork (down to the 2 air handlers) in one day... Saturday. I appreciate them working with my schedule. I would highly recommend them. Great job!
