CMB movers have no hidden fees, We are offering competitive rates. We work with our customers!!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will answer or return your call promptly. We listen to you and will accommodate you 100%. We will provide exceptional service. Once you hire us, the client will receive a reminder call approximately 1 hour before the movers gets to your destination. You will be greeted by the Team Lead Supervisor who will introduce him/herself. All staff members are dressed with CMB Movers shirts and black pants. This way you can identity all movers in your home. After the job has been completed, the client will receive a courtesy call to follow up on the move process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All Movers are trained and have moving experience. CMB moving team have a total of 8 years of moving experience. Our goal is to move each customer with care! Customer service is our #1 priority!
