- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
* Our wedding film packages range from $1500 - $3200 with additional options available to add-on. * Our goal is to provide the best film for your budget and exceed your expectations. * All quotes given are an estimate until all of the details of the event or service can be discussed. There are some factors that could reduce or increase the price and this would be discussed with the client. * We require 25% of the total fee in advance to reserve the date. If the event is canceled we can only refund the deposit if we can book another event for that same day. * The remaining amount is due within 30 days of the event. * Payment plans can be created for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. First we say "Thank you for selecting us". We truly appreciate the opportunity to be a part of your special day or video project. 2. We then need a valid email address and basic information so that we can have you fill out an electronic form we have created. This form will ask some very helpful questions that we will need the answers to in order to proceed. 3. We may ask a few more general questions via email or phone but we also want to make sure you can ask us any questions you have. 4. We prefer to meet in person if possible. If you are located more than 30 minutes away from Olympia then we may request that you meet us half way. 5. if the event location has been decided, and we can get access to it in advance, we will arrange with you (or a contact you provide) to visit the location in person so we can make additional notes and be prepared. 6. As we get closer to the date we will stay in contact with you to make sure nothing has changed and confirm the agenda. 7. On the day of the event we will arrive early and briefly discuss the day with you so we have the same expectations and you will receive a film that is amazing! 8. Depending on the complexity of the project or event we will edit (if editing is required, requested and part of the agreement) the film and have a finished product to you by our agreed upon time. If it is a wedding film it will be delivered within 30-60 days. The entire time we will stay in contact with you to update you on the progress. 9. Afterwards we will follow up with you asking you to rate our service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 25 years of experience in Video Production. I have worked on projects for national networks, produced animated logos for celebrity endorsed videos, and have personally filmed a multitude of weddings. When I started in video production we did not have all of the tools we do now. Computers were not mainstream and to find a computer that was used for film making was unheard of. Having this history is so important. It means that you needed to have a solid understanding of composition, lighting, and audio in order to produce an epic film.
