FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to base the price off the work at hand. I do not have a solid pricing system, as one persons home may require more work/attention than the next.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With a new customer, I like to meet them so they feel comfortable with me in their home. After meeting them, I like to do a walk through and discuss the quoted price - if it appears to be more/less than what was described in details for work. After we have a mutual agreement on the work to be done and tasks are explained to me, then I will get to work making your home beautiful!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for Maid-Pro, a cleaning company in which the rule is "everything must be touched". This of course applies to knick-knacks and counter items, not hidden personals. With the training I received by them, it bettered my detail orientation which in turn bettered my cleaning services. I was (not to brag) offered a promotion to trainer for other maids within my first week of hire, but I still credit them with a lot of my improvements to my work!
