This is my first home buying experience, which requires various types of inspections and scheduling. Not only did they msake my home inspection effortless, thet went above to help me schedule the Pest Inspection the same day/time frame so that I would have other wise would have had to take off twice.
During the inspection Dave gave me the option to walk with him or wait and he report back to me of his findings.I elected to walk with him and he was excited to explain what, why and the necessity of the type of inspections he was conducting. It was apparent that Dave loves what he does and informing the customer of the findings so they can make decisions bsed on facts.
Dave, went above and beyond his experience allows him to notice things that does not necessary fall within the scope of work, but if it was a safety concerned he made sure to note the concern. The inspection was on a Friday the report was sent out on Saturday.
This was the best experience I could have hopeful. I highly recommend any homeowners/ buyer to hire 1st Choice Home Inspections before buying your next home.

David was a fantastic inspector. Not only was he thorough during the inspection but he made sure to go into detail with he's findings with me to ensure i understood the full scope of what he found. This was my 2nd time using first choice and I will not hesitate in using their services again or recommending them to someone else!
