- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I sit down with a new client and hear what their needs are, what they are wanting, and what the pain is, to help them get control of their business. Then we lay out a plan that will get help them get the results they need and want. If you don't have control of your numbers, you don't have control of your business.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years of related accounting, finance, IT and operations. Bring together operations, accounting and IT to function as one seamless process. I cleanup messes, and get you on the right path. I work in a combined area of accounting, financial reporting, costing, and systems, such as; QB; Sage; SQL; db development; Great Plains; Access; ERP & MRP; POS; and inventory.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My career in this field started by not be satisfied with the same old way of doing things. Always pressing systems and applications to do more. And always improving those systems. Combined with always knowing that business is competitive, and you must be better tomorrow than you were today.
