- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to establish a good base of communication with my new clients so I can answer any questions they may have, and make them feel comfortable in selecting my services. I also like to suggest a meeting to my clients, whether it be in person or over the phone,to go over the details step-by-step to insure that the client is aware of all the services included in their price,so as to not be surprised by any charges on their invoice.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started by being asked to DJ a close friends wedding. They have had reserved a DJ earlier that year and a week prior to the wedding the person canceled. They then asked me if I would be willing to do so and I said yes, after seeing how well it went and how much fun it was to start doing it as a side job. It continued to grow and I now have done many weddings and parties and hope to continue doing so in the future.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked in affiliation with Ramsey House, Dara's Gardens, The Standard, The Foundry, Club Leconte, and various other wedding/party venues. As well as many private parties and wedding couples.
