Introduction: I am very customer oriented and provide quality services based on paying attention to details. Since 2001 I have contracted myself out on side jobs to help customers with computer issues, build MS Access databases, get setup on Social Media to building small websites for blogs. Later I started assisting clients with setting up websites for businesses. I like meeting new people and helping people. My company needed a simple basic website to display the type of window blinds we make. RDPShop built us a site with little cost, all we had to do was pay for a domain and hosting, he found us free tools to accomplish all we wanted and yet left the site to where if we want to add more to it later we can. RDPShop has been working my family's computers for years. He comes over and gets out WIFI running, sets up our gaming stuff for the kids. He has setup new and repaired old laptops and desktops. He will be our personal IT guy forever.

Currently I do not have a specific pricing method, for every job is different and I believe in being fair to my customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like a friendly introduction, like to listen to what the customer needs or issues they are having and try to establish a method and resolution that the customer agrees with.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20 years of IT/computer and business experience. The past 3 years I have been working with web development, working in IT and Business Applications inspired this path from have 6 years with MS SharePoint development experience.
