FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing does vary. I try to give deals when I can and am very flexible. I do charge a $20 travel expense fee when I have to drive more then 20 miles outside of Knoxville. My time is just like every ones, valuable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's all about the consultation! Clear lines of communication make for an even better service. Through a consultation, be it before the event or the day of, I can better understand what look the client is hoping to achieve.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed cosmetologist. I have also completed a 5 week course from MUD of New York in makeup application and sanitation. In the state of Tennessee you are required to be a licensed cosmetologist in order to get paid for makeup application. Persons practicing without a license are not properly trained in sanitation and disinfecting of makeup application tools and can put their clients at risk.
