Introduction: You: believe your wedding should be a celebration of love, not a competition for most expensive dress/venue/cake/flowers/etc. You're fun, you love to laugh, you love life and all its adventures, and you won't think I'm crazy for climbing up a tree or crawling in the dirt to get the perfect shot.You appreciate photography and the time it takes to make a great image. You want your photos to capture not just how you look, but capture the love story of all time. And you can't wait to get your hands on them and share them with the world!
Me: I believe photography is the closest thing we have to a time machine. It has the power to transport us to a different place and time and flood us with emotion all over again. I use natural light whenever possible because I believe it makes for the most beautiful colors and skin tones and provides a depth and richness that is captivating. I'm always chasing that last bit of sunlight. When we get together for a session, my goal is to capture those little moments in between -- the moments filled with stolen glances, bashful smiles, and pure elation. I will never tell you to "Say Cheese!" but I may give you a bit of direction now & then. I know it can be intimidating to be in front of the camera, so our session will be fun and laid back, with your comfort as my top priority.
Memories are priceless and I want to help you write a love story that will outlast the test of time. I want to capture the way he scoops you up in his arms, the way you lay your head on his chest, the twinkle in your eye when you look at him, the way you laugh together, and those moments that you want to last forever in this journey of life.
