What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with them in an environment of their choosing to do an initial consultation. During this time, I try to get a sense of who they are as a person, what their objectives are, and a timeline with which they have to work. The consultation helps me understand their communication style, work ethic, and how well they understand themselves and their communication style. From this, I customize a program that helps them achieve their objectives.
