FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a steady $30 for half hour, $40 for 45 minutes, $50 an hour for lessons. The pricing is due to my knowledge in the field, my ability to understand EXACTLY where my students have trouble, and how to develop solutions that will ultimately bring you understanding and value. You will see results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know them! I think the most important first impression to understand where on this line --beginner-------intermediate--------expert-- a customer is. This allows me to give you exercises that will benefit you and to develop a curriculum that will help you flourish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Well, to start, I minored in music at Chapman University. I had the privilege of learning at Colburn school of music for a short while before I lost interest because the music teachers taught a little too slow for my liking. I've always been a fan of learning in fast paced environments but I also understand the needs of others who like to work slower. The reason I left was my drum instructor did not understand my needs. I've also taken lessons at Alhambra School of Music and learned under Chocs drummer (Luis Campos).
