- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial contact is made, via email or phone call, we will schedule our Superintendent to come and prepare an estimate for the work requested. Once the estimate is approved by the customer, we will schedule for the most convenient time for the customer. Our technicians will arrive on time to complete the approved estimate. They will be knowledgeable of the work to be done or accompanied by our Superintendent to complete a job walk. Once completed, our staff will clean the areas worked in and walk the completed job with our new customer.
