- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes I do but would like to keep it between my clients and myself. I'm very reasonable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I thoroughly clean the first time which means deep detailed cleaning, I cover everything. then I maintain the cleanliness of the home with a little extra each time I clean.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I trained myself when I was younger cleaning various houses and business's , I cleaned the owner's house of 4 star homes in Mandeville La. I was trained to clean Windows and worked for a window cleaning company for a four years and also a new construction cleanup company. First cleaning before going on the marked for rentals or sale. Trained to clean tile and grout. Researched eco friendly cleaners. I make my own when a customer request natural cleaners. I stay up to date on anything that pertains to cleaning or organizing.
