Renee came out quickly but is very unreliable about follow up. He says he’ll be here, doesn’t show up. He isn’t answering my phone calls or texts. I think we’ve been scammed!Jan 4, 2019Verified
Save you rmoney. Workmanship was poor, I had to go back and re-seal up the areas that he covered. Then I had to close up the areas he didn't even touch. He didn't provide the services that was agreed upon and paid for. Plus he doesn't answer his phone or return messages.Dec 4, 2018Verified
I’m so glad I found Rene on Thumbtack! I’ve been looking for a long time for someone to take care of a pigeon dropping issue at one of the properties I manage. Rene was ultra responsive and was able to schedule an appointment quickly. He was professional and walked through the solution step by step and was able to get the job done within a day. Having Rene handle this was so smooth because he also communicates with my tenants directly, making my job smooth and easy. Thank you so much!Nov 15, 2018Verified
Came in 30 minutes and handled the situation like a pro. Removed a skunk and it didn’t spray! I was so lucky I called Rene!Oct 24, 2018Verified
Rene, was very knowledgeable and helpful regarding our rodent problem. He took the time to explain the entire process and was very thorough. He's cost is also very competitive. I highly recommend his services.Oct 15, 2018Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? We are definitely not going to be the lowest price company. we offer a one year warranty and a guarantee that the problem will be resolved. We also address the contamination Factor left behind by the targeted animal or rodent. We clean up all the feces and sanitize the whole house with a green and non-toxic solution . we crawl in the Attic and clean up all the feces and at times remove the insulation that is completely contaminated by feces . we seal up all the entry points and make your home a fortress that will not allow rodents or any animals to enter again.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?definitely educating them on the work that needs to be done so that this problem never happens again. I tend to show the customer a live video of inside the Attic, on the roof and through out the perimeter of the home that needs to be sealed up so the targeted animal or rodent will not be able to enter the residence again. We do more than just set traps, which is a Band-Aid on a situation that needs stitches. We make sure that we remove the animal, rodent bird or bat and also make sure that a new group will not be able to come back into the home at a later time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a license by the Department of Fish and Game as a live animal trapper. I have the privilege to be a rodent specialist and focus on proofing one's property and focus on those two areas which makes my work very reliable as I do it day in and day out as opposed to being a pest control company that sprays and all the other techniques that come along in the pest control industry.
