Nita was a gem to work with! She responded to my thumbtack request almost instantly. I never had to wait long for an answer, she’s fast to reply. I hired her for an hour to do face painting at my son’s private home daycare for him and 10 friends. She arrived 30 mins early and even started early without an extra fee. Her work is amazing for the price! She could definitely charge more for it but I don’t want her too because then she’ll be too much for me haha I would definitely hire again!

Nita was excellent in every way! She was quick to respond to any questions, she was on time the day of the event, she was friendly yet professional and the quality of her work was beautiful and detailed while also efficient. Little Kids can be difficult to work with at times but she handles it with ease. I appreciate her price as well, I wasn’t sure we could afford a face painter for our daughter’s birthday and I found her price to be reasonable . We hope to continue to use her services in the future !

I'm super late in responding but thank you so much for your review! I'm glad you mentioned the cost as being affordable. Having a face painter at a private event is often a luxury activity. One of my goals is to make face painting at parties as common as having cake and ice cream!

Nita was very prompt and responsive right from the beginning when I contacted her. One day previous to our party, she had a mishap, and her balloon pump stopped working. However, she was very resourceful, and fixed it, so that our party would not get disrupted. She was very friendly and patient with the kids, even the ones who were scared of getting their faces painted. I would definitely recommend her, and call her when we need face painting and balloon twisting in the future!

Nita was nothing short of amazing. She was so easy to schedule and answered every question I had during the planning. She arrived early (in costume) and her set up was better than I have ever seen. The artistic quality of the face painting was ridiculously good!!! The only regret I have is not booking her for a longer time because most of the parents wanted her art on our faces but we ran out of time. Thank you, Nita. It was such a joy having you at our Frozen Party!!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Travel fees: $1.75 per mile for bookings outside of La Mesa. Effective Oct 1st, 2023.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After expressing interest, I will redirect you to my website where you'll find a downloadable PDF and my booking form. PDF Proposal: details who I am and what I offer. Also includes all potential fees so there are no surprises. Expires 30 days after you've completed the booking form. Booking Form: Allows me to gather all the necessary information for me to send a proper quote.
