- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing can vary drastically based on the scope of work, material selections and project size. We offer a free on-site visit and a detailed scope of work with our contract proposals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our methods for dealing with a new client involves meeting at the property where the work will be performed and doing a thorough inspection of the problem or discussing what the client would like to do. Our first meeting can last anywhere from 15-30 minutes for a small project and from 1-4 hours for larger projects. We will prepare a written detailed scope of work and pricing. Sometimes we may need to have multiple visits to refine a scope of work. We may spend extra time just talking to our clients about their personal lives to better understand them which allows use to provide better recommendations.

We routinely work with a wide variety of clients. We work with Homeowners, Property Managers, HOAs, Investors, Realtors, and Service Managers. Some of the homeowners we have helped include wealthy/high profile clients from Encinitas, La Jolla, Rancho Santa Fe, Poway, La Costa.
