- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Shop around for quotes and don't always look for the one that's least expensive. You ususlly get what you pay for. My pricing garuntees 100% satisfaction and all the work that I do for a year. That's right. If something goes wrong, I will come fix it at no charge to you at all.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk with my clients on the phone to discuss job details and answer any questions they may have. A scheduled walk-through isn't always necessary depending on the job, but it is nice because a more accurate estimate can be given, we'll have a better idea of which tools and materials will be required to complete, and most important, clients can become more comfortable me and the work I am set forth to complete in their homes.
