We try to keep our prices fair as possible and competitive at the same time
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new customers we like to visit home and inspect pool and filtration systems and take pictures so we can build an accurate customer profile to keep in our data base for future reference and to help assist them over the phone on simple matters to avoid unnecessary service call fees saving them money and to also insure they have a safe swimming environment from the moment we begin service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
17 years of field service in Commercial and Residential pool and Spa systems including cleaning of Pools and Spas and the more technical aspects of equipment installation, trouble shooting and repair of all pool and Spa system components. Also Certified Service Professional from the Association of Pool and Spa Professionals (APSP) and a Certified pool operator (CPO).
