- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally charge by the home. This allows me to spend any extra time as needed for more tedious jobs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I visit the homeowner prior to my scheduled work day and do a walk through with them. We discuss what they would like done and if they have any preferences as far as cleaners to use. If not, I bring my favorite cleaners and supplies that I have found to work the best. I have them show me where they keep their vacuum, brooms, mops etc. as I keep my word in protecting their privacy a priority and do not look in any closets or cabinets. Then I come and clean clean clean!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of experience of cleaning homes, our apartment rentals and a church. I have learned which products and techniques work best to ensure a clean home. Your happiness is my goal. I'm also very particular and make sure my work is complete and done to my high standards as well.
