- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I use a standard, but I like to treat every customer different.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will promptly follow up on any needs, go meet the customer and see the scope of work. I might even bring kolaches.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a management degree from Texas A&M. I have 20 years outside sales experience, which has taught me to treat people like I like to be treated. I get a kick out of seeing my customers satisfied after all work is performed. This makes for great referrals.
