- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fee includes me driving to the client and fake lashes. Depending on how far out the event is sometimes I include a pre-trial. I also do group discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always ask to send me pictures of makeup they like. I also ask about their skin routine.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I got my certification from Vanity Box in the city of La Puente.
