- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pet Sitting Prices: Cat Visits: Starting at $20.00 per Visit: Includes: Feeding, litter box cleaning or changing and special needs. Dog Visits: Starting at $25.00 per Visit: Includes: Feeding, water bowl change, companionship and administering medication if needed. Overnight Stays: Start at $55.00 per night. Extras at no additional charge: Bringing in mail, watering plants, adjusting blinds, lighting, sending text messages with pictures and security check.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting with the new customer and their pets perferably twice at no charge but if that isn't feasible at least once. And again ideally the day of or day before they leave so that I can learn the pets routine, food location, medication schedule if applicable, cleaning supplies and the exchange of keys (alarm code if applicable ). I will text or email you while you are away to let you know how things are going . I also keep a log when I arrive , leave and remarks if any.

I have had pets most of my life and have had friends and co workers use my services when they have had to travel for business or pleasure .
