- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We pride ourselves on offering realistic pricing. We don't try to be the cheapest because we go above and beyond in everything we do and stand behind our work 100%. We also offer senior and military discounts as well as several financing options.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial contact, evaluate the job, generate an estimate or quote, receive a deposit, perform the work, receive final payment and then follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our field employees who work independently have anywhere from 2-30+ years of experience in construction and minor repairs either with formal schooling and/or on-the-job training.
