- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Property Enhancement Services will base all services on the property size and what the job will require to be completed. We do require a Credit Card on file, and we use a 3rd party company called BluePay.com and are %100 PCI compliant. Every project has different situations, therefore, we always like to talk to the client before giving a quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Property Enhancement Services values a new client and believes that when we offer great customer service he or she will be able to see the value in our company. We use a CRM called Service Auto Pilot that keeps EVERYTHING we need about them into a database. We will talk to the customer about there needs and wants and give them the best option for what they're looking for. We ALWAYS talk to the client about a budget when they're looking for a bigger project. We want to know how much they are looking to spend and always work within the budget.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
PES works only with residential clients. We do this for several reasons, the biggest reason is that we feel the people that care for there home wants not only a fair price but a great service as well.
