Tim Ryan Painting's work was exceptional! Tim was responsive to each and every one of my emails and phone calls. He lives close by; was very punctual and extremely personable. He cleaned the porches first, then came back three days later and stained them. He answered all of my incessant questions with a big grin! He arrived when he said he would; he stayed later than I thought he would. LOL
