Bluephlame, what can I say? The food was outstanding, the presentation, remarkable. My husband is such a picky eater, sometimes worse than a child, I told Chef Mac what he will eat and Chef took it and ran with it, my husband ate every course and raved about the taste! I can not wait to rebook chef for our next date night! If you don't book Blumephlame for your catering, private party/dinner needs you are truly missing a treat!

Chef Mac has prepared meals for private birthdays, work luncheons and church events. There was never a time he disappointed. He delivers a great experience. He is awesome sauce!
