- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Introduction package: $448 for 12 one hour sessions. Includes workout/nutrition tracking app, grocery list, and a 2 days per week training in the gym. Transformation package: $544 for 16 one hour sessions. Includes everything listed in the introduction package. Minimum 2 times per week PT sessions. VIP package: $400/month for unlimited one hour sessions. Includes training app, nutritional guidance, grocery shopping trip, use of Theragun massage gun, plus up to 4 FREE partner sessions each month. Hybrid Training: $540 upfront for 3 months of training, or $200/month for a 3 month training commitment. The first month will be meeting 2 times per week at the gym. The second month will be meeting 1 time per week at the gym. The third month will be meeting 3 TIMES TOTAL in the gym. The rest of the training during the first 3 months will be serviced online with you using your preferred gym location. After the three months, it is strictly online training for $200/month.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I start with a brand new client, I first like to do an initial meeting (free of charge) to get to know them better and see if we would make a good match. After the first meeting, we would next have a fitness assessment so I can see muscle imbalances and also discuss goals, nutrition, past injuries, etc.

Bachelor's of Science degree in Applied Exercise and Health from Purdue University - 2014 American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) Certified Personal Trainer - 2011 CPR/AED Certified - 2017
