The BEST personal trainer out there, if you need motivation he's the man. I did his 28 day muscle gaining program and the results i got are out of this world, he has a passion for what he does and it shows. I started out weighing at 166 and ended at 174 just in 28 days, I have a super fast metabolism and could never keep on the muscle he has a vast amount of knowledge on working out but not only that he knows how important nutrition is when it comes to gaining muscle. I will be doing another workout program with him very soon.

Have been working with Brandon for a year now. Have lost over 35 pounds and dropped over 5% in body fat. My wife and I had different goals when we started and he was able to modify plans for each of us but also able to come up with plans we could do together. Highly recommended to anyone in the area!

I started with Brandon because I wanted to see muscle growth that I wasn’t able to achieve with my daily routine. As a Marine I was taught “how to work out” put I was missing a huge part of it. I was missing my the quality food in take, the SPECIFIC work out that I needed to gain those muscle I needed and WANTED ! Brandon program was awesome by the end of the first week I had bigger quads by the third week my quads were almost a big as they were when I played college soccer! His online community, his in person work outs, food outline and weekly talks to see where you are at and what needs to happen to improve is where it’s at !! Brandon will definitely get you results as long as you have the motivation.
