- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No I don't have a standard pricing system. I feel the best way to price a job is on site and in person. That way you and the customer both know you are getting a fair and honest price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will personally go meet with the new customers and talk with them about the scope of work they are wanted done, so I can make sure we provide the best service possible for the customers wants and desires.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Well, between my brother and myself we have 25 yrs combined experience in the landscaping and lawn care business. I started at the bottom right out of high school with a local company as just a laborer and work my way up over the yrs. to crew leader and then to site manager/ forman. After the owner landed on hard times and his health got worse he decided to close the business. That's when I decided open my own landscaping and lawn care business, and we look forward to providing our customers with affordable quality landscaping and lawn care.
