For people looking for a language tutor: You don't look for a perfect one (because there's none) but one who knows perfectly what you need and how to assist you in achieving your goal. For people looking for a translator: A translation is considered to be good when the target readers cannot tell it is one. A translator is considered to be good when his/her work is not a translation.
