Wow! I am so grateful to Kevin Holder. I am fairly computer savvy but found myself in a complete jam as my internet and printer would not come on-line for reasons that were unknown to me. I had a deadline and had to send important documents off within the hour. Kevin arrived at my house within 30 minutes and got me back up and running just in time with my internet, my printer and helped me with other program issues I was having. This is about my 5th experience with having to call Kevin for help and he always goes above and beyond my expectations. He is very kind, knowledgeable, extremely affordable & professional. I highly recommend him.

My hourly rate is $45.00 per hour, however, I am flexible as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listening very attentively to what issues or services clients are experiencing or wanting to install. If they are having problems, I have them show me so I am very clear on what needs to be done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 17 years working for a telecommunications company, which provided the skills and attributes needed to perform the work. Additionally I have stayed up to date with the latest in technology so I can provide the clients needs.
