Chef Keith and his staff were great! He arrived early, set up amazing food stations and a bar for our non-profit cocktail party. The lamb chops, POKE station, "mushroom en croute", short rib skewers, cheese platter, and dessert bar complete with deep fried brownies were all a huge hit. Chef Keith really impressed my guests and made me look like a superstar hostess. I would hire him again and many of my friends and associates took his card for future catering events. I planned a personal cooking lesson for my boyfriend's birthday, and couldn't have asked for a better experience! Chef Keith took time to get to know exactly what we were looking for, and he was flexible in creating our personalized 3 course menu. He showed up to my house on time, and was prepared with all of the food and cooking tools. He even cleaned up afterwards and left my kitchen spotless. The food was amazing! - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to get to know what the clients vision is for each event (or class). I like to make the event their own with a custom menu at an affordable price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been professionally cooking for over 10 years. I have worked under many popular chef such as Thomas Keller, Charlie Palmer, "Top Chef" star Amar Santana, Michael Mina and Wolfgang Puck. Absorbing all their cooking techniques and styles of cuisine and creating one for myself. I am very passionate about cooking and love creating food that translates to smiles.
