- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
An important part of my job is tailoring the listing services and fee to your needs. So, just know that we can work together to create the perfect combination of services and fees for you. I also offer multi-transaction discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I need the address of the property to be sold. I love to have interior and exterior photos in advance. That way, I can come prepared with a full evaluation of the value of the property and what I recommend to get it sold at a record-setting price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an MBA from USC. I have a BA from UC Irvine. I went to Interior Designers Institute in Newport Beach to become a Certified Interior Designer. In the past I have taught BRE-approved real estate courses to real estate agents across the country. In 2013 I was recognized by the California Association of Realtors as the "Champion of Home". This award was only given to 3 Realtors in the entire state. The award recognizes excellence and ethics in the residential real estate industry. I have been in the business for 14 years and have closed over $200 million in volume.
