We were searching on the internet for a Realtor that was also an interior designer, and we found Robyn Webb. We had a condo in Mission Viejo that had been rented for years and we were ready to sell it. Robyn’s “Design to Sell” program was perfect for us. Robyn created a comprehensive remodel plan for us, based on what real estate buyers care about the most, and referred us to the right contractors to handle the remodel. She was the intrinsic designer for the whole process, and when it was complete she fully staged the condo. From the day the remodel started to the day we had the house in escrow was only 1 month! Robyn has helped us buy and sell multiple homes in Orange County over the last 9 years, and she's been an absolute wizard for us, walking us through the process and making sure it went smoothly, and negotiating with some very difficult buyers and sellers to make sure that we got the very best deal and the easiest transaction. She even managed to help us prioritize a few inexpensive upgrades to one house that allowed us to list it for considerably more than we expected, and then ended up selling for significantly above the higher asking price as well, and all in the space of just a few days of being listed. If you could "design" and "build" the most perfect Real Estate Agent, what qualities and characteristics would you include? What type of finished product would this agent be? Would you be extremely happy with the results that were produced? If you were, then you have just "built" Robyn Webb. Robyn is honest, experienced and knowledgeable about the demographics of your target area. You may not want to hear what she says about your house, but for us she was 99.9% spot on. Robyn entered the picture with her design expertise and following her advice on remodeling a few areas in our home, we were able to sell our house in 3 days at a higher price than expected. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
An important part of my job is tailoring the listing services and fee to your needs. So, just know that we can work together to create the perfect combination of services and fees for you. I also offer multi-transaction discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I need the address of the property to be sold. I love to have interior and exterior photos in advance. That way, I can come prepared with a full evaluation of the value of the property and what I recommend to get it sold at a record-setting price.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an MBA from USC. I have a BA from UC Irvine. I went to Interior Designers Institute in Newport Beach to become a Certified Interior Designer. In the past I have taught BRE-approved real estate courses to real estate agents across the country. In 2013 I was recognized by the California Association of Realtors as the "Champion of Home". This award was only given to 3 Realtors in the entire state. The award recognizes excellence and ethics in the residential real estate industry. I have been in the business for 14 years and have closed over $200 million in volume.
